I have worked with small business owners throughout the Denver metro area over the last 5 years and do my best to serve them and their needs. Insperity helps small businesses develop a company culture, by design not by default. We offer the ability for companies as small as 5 employees all the way up to 150 employees get access to better medical benefits to attract and retain the best talent in their industry. My goal is to help be a resource to them, regardless if they do business with me or not. Much of my time is focused on helping them understand their current costs/overhead as it relates to their employment administration/company burden. I am up front and honest in my approach. If I don’t think we can help a prospect of mine, I let them know right away as I don’t want to waste anyone’s time…and will gladly try and point them in a direction of someone within my network that can help them.
