This year has been amazing. My daughter and granddaughter both accepted Jesus and were baptized. My heart is filled with joy. It’s been a rough year for them in so many ways. The love they have towards each other is so amazing to witness. The other day I received a beautiful picture of a sunrise on my phone. The caption that followed was from my nine-year-old granddaughter. “God got up early to paint the sky for us”. I was reminded of Psalm 118:24: “This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it”. Thank you, Lord, for the new day, your presence in our lives, and children .
