Rita Springer
worship leader // speaker
Rita is one of the most gifted worship leaders to arise over the last fifteen years. She believes that the joy of being a worship leader is to make those listening, jealous for what has been found in Christ.
Making Christ famous through the art, act and physical sound of our worship is Rita’s anthem and her deepest desire is to see this arise in the body of Christ. Her motto is; “To make the Lord famous in whatever I do with my worship and relationship with Him”.
Born out of that deep desire and to see women free through the tools of the Word, Worship and Prayer, she started her own women’s conference in 2000 called ‘Fragrant Oil’ it was an incredible season of 7 years watching God use worship powerfully to transform lives across the globe.
In 2008 she began a worship school called DIVE. (Deep – Innovative – Vertical – Expression) The School trains and encourages upcoming worship leaders all over the world with weeklong intensive one-on-one courses. Staying true to her calling, Rita continues to write new songs and leads worship at churches, conferences and events around the country. Rita released her first book in 2013, Finding Eve.
Kate Matott
pastor
Kate Matott is an outlier. The Lord set her apart from a young age to live her faith boldly as possible. Nothing moves her, except what the Lord places in front of her. This Teaching Pastor and Creative Director at Jubilee Fellowship Church leads and preaches from both sides of her brain. An avid lover of learning and knowledge, pairs with the deep wells of direction the Holy Spirit draws her to as Kate listens first, then speaks. But when her mouth opens, she speaks with the fire of an unshackling truth from a heart that longs for the Lord, and nothing else will satisfy.
There’s a difference between talking about Jesus, and knowing Him. Kate Matott stands firmly in the latter group. Having a life-long relationship with the Lord herself first, the ease of sharing who He truly is with people has always been an obvious route. From the time Kate was very young the fire inside of her that burns for the Lord alone, ignited, and grows with every day of drawing nearer to Him. You can see the evidence of this fire in every aspect of Kate’s life. She wears the burn marks of choosing His leadership and refining over the wide-open, easy route.
Kate lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband JJ and their four incredibly cool children: Ezra, Milo, Ivory and Shia, and a 10-year-old Australian Shepherd named Fudgey. When Kate is not busy with speaking and creating at church, she enjoys reading a good book, baking, decorating her home, playing with her kids, and eating cheese with her husband. She’s a runner, a gardener, a country music fan, and a true friend to anyone who has the absolute joy of knowing her.
Allison Allen
dramatist // author
From her kindergarten stage debut as a bovine to performing one-woman pieces with Women of Faith, Allison Allen has always relished the power of story, the thrill of walking in the shoes of others, and the joy of stringing words together.
After graduating as an Andrew Carnegie Scholar from the prestigious acting program at Carnegie Mellon University, Allison (Metcalf) Allen landed on Broadway in the revival of “Grease”, and stayed there for almost two years. Following her tenure of 650 performances with the show, the hand-jive from Rydell High still returns to grace her dreams.
For three years, Allison experienced the joy of being Women of Faith’s dramatist, performing her original one-woman pieces for over 200,000 women in arenas around the country. She counts walking the same platform as the Women of Faith “porch-pals” among one of the profound honors of her life. Currently, she has the joy of teaching at conferences around the country, watching from the wings as God brings His daughters more fully to life.
In 2017, her first nationally published (Revell) book, Shine, was released. Her second book, Thirsty for More, went off into the world in September of 2018, with the hope of helping women navigate difficult desert seasons with unique hope. On a personal note, Allison is married to a good and handsome man – a man with whom she can wear heels. This is no small feat, as Allison resides somewhere around 5’12”. Jonathan is a worship pastor, and together they have two delightful sons: Levi and Luke.
