Description: Does life feel more like a hot mess dumpster fire than a sweet walk with the Lord? Does your walk with God feel more like a stumbling, bumbling limp rather than an Olympic runner’s sprint? Does your family put the “fun” in dysfunctional and the family stories could make a few episodes of the Jerry Springer Show? Does discipleship seem like something that is for pastors or those “good church folk” with their big smiles and “perfect” lives but not for you? Well, have we got a story for you! Come study the life of Jacob (Israel) with us this semester. A sinner-saint, who limps along with the Lord, burdened by weakness and beset by problems, but who understands that God’s grace has nothing to do with how good we are, but has everything to do with how good He is.
Cost: $10.00 Book can be found on Amazon or Christian Book Distributors. Childcare is provided for those who request it with their registration.
